a. Monthly Subscriptions: Customers on a monthly subscription plan are eligible for a refund within the first 7 days from the date of the initial purchase.
b. Annual Subscriptions: Customers on an annual subscription plan are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days from the date of the initial purchase.

b. No refunds will be provided for subscriptions that have already been renewed.
